Scott Phippen, Brenner Sport Club partner presents football kits to club

Brenner Sport Club Limited, Isolo kicked off the year 2016 on a cheerful note for the players; with a presentation ceremony where some lucky players who returned early from their Christmas and New Year celebrations were presented with football kits such as: boots, trainers, training bibs, shin guards, long hoses and jerseys for all the age groups in the club.

The football kits were provided/sponsored by Brenner Sport Club Partner and Supporter, Mr. Scott Phippen; the President/CEO of Eastern Trading Partners Ltd and Building Champions, Oregon, USA. A Nigerian and International Trade Developer, with extensive knowledge of commodity markets in Africa and Middle East. 

The kits were shared among the players across all age categories, ranging from U8, U18, U13, U15, U17, U19 and U23 players. While all the U19 (A) boys were lucky to get a complete set of jerseys, all the (B) boys also got another color set of jerseys and sets of boots; some U19 boys who could not get a pair of boot got both shin guards and long hose.  The U10, U13, U15, U17 boys got a complete set of jerseys, hose and boots, while others got jerseys and boots. Other players who were not so lucky got a jersey top, hose and shin guards only.

Some Brenner Sport Club Executives who were present on the day included: Harrison Ukome (Manager), Rasheed Itebalume (Secretary), Akintade Oladele (Head Coach), Anthony Osakwe (Ast. Coach U19), Amure Temitope (Chief Scout) and Taiwo Adebayo (Transport Manager).

 This presentation promises to be a yearly one. Just as the 2016 edition was highly encouraging to both the players and management staff, we look forward to a more vibrant occasion in 2017.
