Sony Middle East and Africa has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art Sony-authorised Service Centre, Redington, Isolo in Lagos.
The new service centre, located in Afprint Industrial Estate,
reinforces the company’s commitment to provide the best after-sales
support to its valued customers in Nigeria.
Speaking about the centre, Director, Area Management, Sony Middle East
and Africa, Shinya Mukaida, said: "This is a proud day for the entire
team here in Nigeria. Customers will benefit from the services, support
and added convenience that we can offer with an enhanced network of
Sony-authorised service centers across the country. These kinds of
intensive and specialised services mean that our customers will receive
the best support without any compromise in turnaround times."
The opening of the centre continues Sony’s long term strategic
investment programme in infrastructure resources. Through this strategy,
the company has increased the network of service centers in the region
providing consumers with quality after sales service and support.
The new service centre is said to be supported by a network of five
authorised service centres and with two collection counters located at
convenient locations across the entire country.
Sony Middle East and Africa FZE is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Sony
Corporation and is the regional headquarters for the Middle East and
Africa regions. The company is engaged in the business of Sony Consumer
Electronics, VAIO laptop computers, Computer Peripherals, Data media,
Recording Media and Energy (Batteries), Mobile Electronics (Car Audio)
and Computer Entertainment (PlayStation) products in more than 40
countries in the region.
